Karbonn is gearing up to launch a brand new tablet in the Indian market - Karbonn Smart Tab 2. This tablet has already been listed on the deal site - Snapdeal.com for Rs. 6,990 while the MRP is mentioned as Rs. 7,990. Karbonn had made a big splash earlier in the month, when it announced that it will be offering a Jelly Bean update for this Karbonn Smart Tab, thus becoming the first budget tablet to offer the latest version of Android. The company had launched its Smart Tablet in July 2012 with a price tag of Rs. 6,999. Karbonn's brand new offering Karbonn Smart Tab 2 is loaded with the Android v4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and can be upgraded to 4.1 Jelly Bean. The other key features of the Karbonn Smart Tab are 7-inch Capacitive 5 Point Multi touchscreen and a 3D G-Sensor for gaming experience.
